This Privacy Policy explains how EV Route - Junni LLC ("EV Route", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the EV Route mobile app for iOS and Android and the website evroute.com (together, the "Service").

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is EV Route - Junni LLC. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@evroute.com.

2. What data we collect

Account data. When you register, we collect your name, email address and password. We store passwords only in encrypted (hashed) form. If you sign in with Google on Android, we receive your name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture from Google.

Profile data. Any information you add to your profile, such as a profile picture.

Location. With your permission, the app uses your device's precise location only while the app is open. We use it to show charging stations near you and to set the location of a charging station you add. We do not track your location in the background.

Photos. If you choose to, you can take or select photos with your camera or photo library to upload as your profile picture or as images of charging stations and ads. The app only accesses the photos you select.

Content you publish. Reviews, ratings, ads, charging stations and related text and images that you post. This content is public and visible to other users.

Messages and reports. Messages you send us through the app or by email, and reports you submit about content or users.

Technical data. Our servers may log basic technical information, such as your IP address, device type and the time of requests, to keep the Service secure and working.

3. What we do not do

• We do not use analytics or advertising tools in the app.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We do not sell your personal data.

4. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• To show charging stations, routes and ads on the map, including those near your location.
• To publish the reviews, ads and charging stations you submit.
• To review reports, moderate content and keep the Service safe.
• To answer your messages and support requests.
• To meet our legal obligations.

5. Third-party services

We use the following services from Google to provide the Service:

• Google Maps and Google Places to display maps, search for places and look up addresses. When you use the map or search, Google receives the relevant location or search query and processes it under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In (Android only), if you choose to sign in with your Google account.

Our servers are run by hosting providers that process data on our behalf. We share personal data with them only as needed to run the Service.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it or if it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

6. Where your data is stored

Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account and the personal data linked to it, except where we must keep certain data to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile > Delete Account. You can also ask us to delete your account by email at info@evroute.com.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can withdraw location, camera or photo permissions in your device settings. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@evroute.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and other reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.
